None of the 4 adults of our group of 7 travellers who sailed on the Ventura, which disembarked into Southampton on the 29th October, have received a post cruise survey. Is this the norm now?

The questionnaire comes from Feefo now so check your spam. It is not really a questionnaire now, just asks for a review.

We had 4 cabins on Iona.

2 of these complained to reception on issues a few times, the other 2 didn’t have any qualms.

The two that didn’t visit reception received the survey the day after arriving back, the two  that did visit reception did not receive a survey, and looked in the spam folder.

Make of that what you will.

We never had a survey even though only time I visited the reception was to pick up the newspaper

It seems to me that at present P&O are more interested in boosting their Feefo rating than getting useful feedback. Maybe they'll return to proper questionnaires from all when they are fully-staffed and have upped the food offerings in the mdr's again - assuming they are planning both those things...

I think it is a P&O  IT problem.  Some people get them and others do not.  The announcement on Azura said those who have opted in to them will get them.  We did not, but then again, I keep opting in to general emails and never get them either.  We just get the emails relating to our existing bookings.

Same here, I’ve opted into P&O email communications but only get booked cruise information not general information or notifications.
