  1. Sorry, but would have to be adults only for me too. Plus some shade on open decks.
  2. I arrive about 1200. Then sit and wait until boarding commences. Usually not too long a wait. But I only cruise on the smaller ships.
  3. I am Ligurian and usually have 1215 boarding time no matter which ship or terminal. It rarely seems to vary.
  4. Add Serenity adults only pool on Britannia.
  5. I try to cruise exclusively on these two as I prefer adults only, and quieter, ships. Love both of them. Very popular though, which is why they are more expensive than the large ships, unfortunately!
  6. P&O shuttle drops you in the centre of Tromso.
  7. When you have 10% off all on board spend, OBC is not so important.
  8. Agree. I have occasionally booked on board. Some times worthwhile, others not so much. Tend to wait for late deals now as I am more interested in the cruise price, not the amount of OBC.
  9. I find plenty of interaction between waiters and passengers on the small ships. One of the reason I prefer them.
  10. Not had one post covid despite 14 cruises.
  11. Got my invitation last week and booked for next week.
  12. So you cannot really understand what this discussion is about. Nothing to do with fixed (Club) dining.
  13. Started my cruising with Celebrity in 2011 but switched to other lines after 11 cruises with them. They were just too expensive and not at all solo friendly. Have stuck mainly to P&O since as it suits me better.
  14. Porto Venere by ferry from the waterfront. Takes about half an hour. Beautiful place and great for lunch.
  15. I have used it for a cruise. Probably safer than some hotel carparks as you need your ticket to open barriers. Everywhere has some risk though.
