Loyalty Points

Hi. Please excuse us for appearing a little numb,  just wondering how Loyalty Points work.

We've only cruised the once before with Azamara,  but we are looking to book another in the not too distant future.

Would we be eligible to any Loyalty Points because of our previous cruise ? Is that how it works ? How do you accumulate Points  ?

Thanks Azamara cruisers.

Regards Rubyclaret...Trish & Paul

Hi .

There is a lot of information on the Azamara website. If you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Loyalty Programme you can see how many points you earn  for each cabin category you sail and what level you will have attained. This level is then used for discounts if you book a future cruise onboard.

If you dont already have a loyalty number a quick phone call and they will allocate you a  loyalty  number to be used for future bookings.

Once you  have  sailed your first cruise you are also eligible for any Quarterly discount savings, that are regularly updated on the website.

That's great Combine, thanks for your help. I've just looked and found our points (not many but it's a start 😄)

Didn't realise the points went off the type of cabin you purchased.

Have you ever sailed on Celebrity?  If so, you should have a combined account with points from both cruise lines.  On Feb. 1, 2023 the loyalty accounts will split – but anyone who has sailed on Azamara [that's you!] will keep all their prior points from both cruise lines.  So if you somehow ended up with separate Azamara and Celebrity accounts, make sure you get them merged before then.
