Koningsdam - Cruise Documents

As previously stated  - We are sailing on the 24 day Koningsdam Cruise - January 7, 2023 out of San Diego. 

Many have mentioned that Verify isn't  being used at check-in. Are any Paper Documents required or are we good with digital files saved on my cell phone?

You will need your Canadian Passport in hand.

 

Boarding Pass on your phone is acceptable as long as the QR Codes can be scanned.

I always print out our boarding passes just in case I can’t pull it up from my phone and/or Navigator app. Bad connectivity happens.

To avoid any connectivity issues, just take a screenshot of your boarding pass and show that.

My question is a bit different.  We booked when the vax requirement was lifted.  Then mid December they put it back on.  We have been told by “resolutions specialist” that no testing will be required, but have nothing in writing. 
what are anyones thoughts on this?    Is this what you mean when you say “Verify” isn’t being used?

Got an email from our travel agent this morning saying that you must fill out a mandatory health questionnaire,but no mention of  any testing before  boarding. Makes no sense.

The questionnaire is like: "are you sick?" "have you been around sickness?" -- literally two questions.

I'm glad it can be done online. I remember the noro questionnaire at the pier. I'd be juggling purse, carryon, passport and boarding pass that I just showed to get in the terminal, and THEN this little piece of paper with no pen to fill it out (which meant digging in my purse for one). 

 

Do they ask you the questions again at the pier? In Brooklyn (Cunard) in September, they required a health form online and then the check-in agents asked the same questions again.

I don't recall! If so it's just cursory, like "has anyone unknown asked you to carry anything on board?" at the airport.
