Following along. I’m 6 months out from a right knee replacement and stairs are still not my friend. Going down is worse for me as it was before the surgery. My first post Covid cruise is in April and hope the stairs get easier as I’d like to avoid the elevator. Bon voyage!

Good luck and thanks for following along.

Following along here from the Great White North. It just started snowing here (again). Will be on the February 12th Super Bowl Sunday sailing.

Brrrr.  Happy to have you along for the ride.

Love it when vehicle is packed and we hit Alligator Alley! Following along, will embark March 5, yeah. Congratulations on your 50th Carnival, very eventful. And thank you for committing the time to take us all along.

Being an easterner, I haven't driven the alley in years.

Did you know....when you see that last (only) gas station a few miles from the east end, if you get off there and follow that road, there used to be a casino in a tent.

Dead serious.

Was called Cypress Casino. It’s what the seminoles used to use to leverage the state, many times, threatening to build a giant casino hotel out there like the one in WEST WEST Miami.

seems gone now, but you can see the big square plot right at the road fork.
Used to also be a motocross track out there. Seminole MX. Can still find videos

online.

Come join us as we celebrate our 50th Carnival cruise aboard the Celebration.  Our very first cruise was in 96 on the original Celebration.  What a long strange trip it’s been.  I promise not to start singing Dead or any other songs….

Our first cruise was on the original Celebration as well, but in 1997 🙂  Looking forward to reading your review.
