CruisingNole Posted January 31, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2023 I have nonrefundable OBC from Celebrity and refundable OBC from my TA. I don’t anticipate using all of it. Once onboard and I make a purchase, will the nonrefundable or refundable credit be used first?

I was not sure as the OBC from Celebrity is available now in the cruise planner and OBC from TA is only available onboard. I used some of the Celebrity OBC by upgrading drink package, but there is still a balance left that I was hoping to use for lunch speciality restaurant onboard, and want to make sure that nonrefundable OBC is depleted before the refundable. Thanks again for confirming. 🙂
luckyinpa Posted February 11, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 11, 2023 (edited) can the celebrity non refundable OBC be refunded through the casino like on some other lines? im specifically talking about the OBC that comes with the current 'sale'. if you book a suite you can get 850 back according to to my TA but with tips. booze, internet included. i could never, nor would i want to, spend 850! For table games you can purchase promotional chips which can’t be cashed out but any winnings can be cashed out.
luckyinpa Posted February 11, 2023 #7 Share Posted February 11, 2023 i forgot to mention i only do slots. i wouldnt even mind paying a fee to get most of the 850 back. but free is best. also reality is i spent at least 100 every cruise in the slots so if i could play then cash out id be happy or get a massage even i guess lol. or how much are the cabanas poolside on beyond?
