Grand Princess: What Main Dining rooms are open?

What Main Dining rooms are open on the Grand Princess?  Thanks

Which cruise?  Down under?  All Grand Princess dining rooms were open when cruising the US 2022.

(Except for one/maybe more embarkation day lunch due to shortage of staff that day.)

All three MDRs have been open on the Grand for dinner. Da Vinci, Michelangelo and Botticelli. Da Vinci is the MDR being opened for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

It would tend to be something very unusual for a MDR to be closed during a cruise (for dinner).

The cruises with light passenger loads (2/3 booked or less) have been closing 1 MDR, often the lower deck midship one. Even on a fuller recent cruise they didn’t have enough staff and only opened about 1/4 of that lower dining room and did not open the galley on that deck so the assistant waiters had to fetch the food from the deck above. 
 

I’ve noticed on a number of future cruises that only two MDR are now shown in the app for reservations (some of these earlier showed all three). I presume the decision about opening the third one is made around the sailing date.

I believe the offering of only 2 DR's in DMW App is on purpose and means nothing as to only 2 DR's being open on the ship.

I think it was Deck 5 midship dining room that was closed on our sailing.

Almost certainly it will be Michelangelo on Deck 5 (Plaza) if one dining room is closed. That seems to be the one they close on other ships.
