No it’s not an exaggeration that bar lines have been AT TIMES 10-15 deep. So unless you are here, you have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m wondering if we have some Norwegian employees downplaying negative comment on this forum. I’m sure you doubt the lost bag comment as well.

I’m sorry to hear about your lost luggage. I do believe that part.

But a bar with 15 people in line?

Shoot a pic and post 15 people at a bar waiting to be served.

So glad to be helpful! Let me know if you have any specific questions I might be able to find out for you!

Can I make show seating reservations?  I think I remember making them on the Epic as soon as we boarded, but that was some years ago

You can make reservations online through your Myncl account. If I remember correctly, entertainment bookings open 26 days away from sailing, or 21 days if you are in a suite/Haven or Platinum Latitudes status or higher. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

If you choose to wait to board, either visit a kiosk near the elevators or go to the box office when they are open. For the Breakaway, the only shows that you need reservations for are 'Six' and 'Burn the Floor'.

Those with status get 26 day pre-cruise bookings, general population are at 21 days!

LoL = me thinking you are enjoying your drink package a bit!

Love this thread.  We go on 4/2 and will be our first Haven experience.  Questions:

1.  We already made reservations for Sux and Burn the Floor.  Do you need reservations for the comedy shows?  Specifically interested in the adult versions.  Does the concierge take care of that for you when you get onboard?  Or is there some place I need to go as soon as I get on before they “sell out”.

2.  What other items did the concierge help you with?  We have almost all our dinner reservations already and I emailed the concierge desk asking for help making the last one.

3.  Unless you are wanting a meal served in your room, what else would the butler be doing for you vs the cabin steward?

4.  How crowded was the haven pool area during port days?

5.  Any other advice for a first time Haven guest?  We have Sapphire Lattitudes so that aspect we have down cold.  Just want to ensure I get value out of trying the Haven.

thanks in advance.

Comedy shows don't offer reservations. It's first come first serve. Headliners is pretty big so you shouldn't have an issue with getting a seat.

Omar can assist with anything. The worse that would happen is he'll say no.

We've had the butler be really helpful on past sailings, but this cruise we haven't seen him except for 5 minutes right before we went to bed on the 1st night. They can help with reservations and escorting you as well as serving room service or meals from specialty dining in your cabin.

We have a lot of kids on our sailing, so the pool in the Haven is pretty busy.

Don't be afraid to ask for anything. At worse, they say no. Enjoy your cruise!

Definitely saw it a few weeks ago on the Epic at the Pool Bar -- it was insanity. And this wasn't on a sea day.

The line for Syd's all the way to the elevators and our secret back door access. Thanks Omar!

The server brought us all 4 specialty drinks from Syd's drink menu.

Does Syd's have a bar on the waterfront that you can sit outside and listen to the Rumors show?

Yep! The outdoor bar is open until midnight. The inside bar is open until 1 am.

Just want to clarify this. I can skip the long lines and just go to the outdoor bar to get a drink and sit out there and be able to hear the music?
