Liberty OTS Dry Dock

I saw that Liberty OTS is doing a dry dock for a few days before making the move up to Cape Liberty. Has anyone heard what kind of maintenance will be done? I'm guessing it's just something mechanical since it's a short time in dry dock...

Actually not "dry" docked but simply docked.  I was on Liberty about 2 weeks ago.  There were several white tarps blocking off portions of the sun deck and the outdoor tv screen was covered.  Someone the following week said the outdoor screen was working again.  My guess is that they have some additional repairs and rather than spreading it out over several weeks or longer (as the repair people have limited hours they can work, especially if they can only take place while docked) RCI just decided to bite the bullet and just get as many done at one time before heading north....

We'll be on her this October 5th for her Canada NE itinerary...looking forward to this itinerary again that will still include Bar Harbor.

hope for good weather. last year we missed bar harbor, halifax and newport. 3 extra sea days. the casino made a lot of money

We are cruising on her leaving May 4'th out of Cape Liberty. I believe this is the first cruise from the north for the season.

Royal doesn't go to Newport any more, and hasn't done so for years.

if you are gonna ban talking about other ships other than what is in the title of threads, thats a huge job! i wish you well in it. dont see the point personally. i wished them good luck getting to the NE ports. it's that simple. nothing to do with any ship in particular. and no need to correct what doesnt need corrected. we are just strangers on the internet.
