Did they tell you or provide a way to look at actual prices for the sailings? I am reluctant to submit a request to book a cruise and to get a call back with “confirmation” with no mention of price.

FWIW, in terms of figuring out the basis of the offer, I was a high level in MGM’s club years ago but not because I’d ever stepped foot in any of their casinos but because I status matched RC Diamond Plus.

They told us the prices over the phone.

Does anybody know how the 60% off cruise fair is priced? Is it priced off the current offer of 75% off second guest and $$ savings per stateroom? I know, have to probably call Blue Chip. I was just trying to avoid the 2 hour wait time and just see how the discount is computed. I have taken advantage of Blue Chip offers in the past and was lucky enough to get a complimentary veranda. Just had to pay port charges and taxes. Also, I am only Pearl and don’t gamble much at all and have been receiving these offers since last year. Even after taking one of these cruises in December and not gambling a lot we are still receiving them.

I had priced out a cruise with the 60% discount in an Aqua class cabin.  The quote I received was the price for that cabin currently on the website - the first line before any sale discounts, and then 60% off of that price plus taxes (the cruise I was looking at had a sale that reduced that initial price by thousands, but Blue Chip started with the initial price of the cruise and did not also reduce it by the discounts from the current promotion).  But, since Aqua includes the all included, I'm not sure if you were looking at a lower level cabin if they start with the all included price or the no perks price.

This was our experience last time we called about a veranda cabin. The 60% discount is off the refundable website rate before any sale or other discounts. Then they add in taxes and port fees. You can get the 60% off either the Sail Only or the AI rate. We received a great deal when they first started offering the 60% off, but then base prices went higher with the 75% off 2nd person offer so not such a good deal any more.

I just checked on a cruise to see what it would cost us with the 60% off rate, but the website is not showing the actual base rate, which makes it very difficult to figure out what the projected cost would be without calling into BBC to find out.

You have to price the cruise you are interested all the way to the end, the base rate will be the initial cost shown on the first line in the summary cost.  That is what they use to apply the % off, and it against All In pricing.  Taxes do not seem to alter from what is shown on this page either.

Thanks for the assistance! Until recently I was able to see the base rate in the pull down after choosing a cabin.

Sorry I guess two different things and I know what you mean which would be the cruise only rate.  For the purposes of these Blue Chip offers 'base' used is All In cost before any discounts or sale pricing so maybe not the best wording here.  Any discount offers I've ever called about they tell you it is not usable against cruise only rate

So I have received 2 BCC offers.  First one was addressed to my SIL and the second one was addressed to my sons ex-girlfriend.  I was the contact for this group cruise back in 2020.  I organized it, turned it over to a TA for extra OBC and her expertise with a large group.  I also paid for my sons cabin as they had just graduated college and it was a gift.  WTH????
