DaveOKC Posted July 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2023 Can we get a table for 14 in the main dining room? We have fixed dining early time.

It may be easier to get a table for 8 and 6 next to each other.
neverbeenhere Posted July 5, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 5, 2023 Yup 6 and 8 tables. No 14 person table would be able to be created.... Okay, if you are a really, really thin family, maybe you could cram onto a table. But, I mean really thin.

Tables for 14 dont exist is what they are telling you. If you are very lucky 2 tables close to each other. Rcl hasnt done well that I've seen with dining seating. It can be done, but you don't want that. There is no way you can hear what's going on at the other end. Reserve an 8 and 6 next to each other and just switch around however you'd like each night. Best to email RCLdining a week or two ahaed with the reqest. Not sure the exact email anymore

We used to all sit at one table and it was not fun. We now sit at smaller tables and change up our seating arrangements every night. It's so much better this way. lulabelle Posted July 5, 2023 #7 Share Posted July 5, 2023 We did ask for a table for our family of 12 on the Oasis and it was not a problem. We sent a request four weeks before our cruise. We included names, reservation and cabin numbers.
luvbrady Posted July 5, 2023 #8 Share Posted July 5, 2023 We have traveled with large groups and just made sure all reservations were linked. We had the adult table and the kids table right next to it so the kids could enjoy but we could still see, hear and supervise.
Toddcan Posted July 5, 2023 #9 Share Posted July 5, 2023 We requested a table for 14 on our upcominn cruise (Mariner), and got an email back saying that they would manage it. We'll see what that looks like when we arrive.
barb in ga Posted July 6, 2023 #10 Share Posted July 6, 2023 We had a table for 10 and it worked very well, but we did make a point of moving around every night at the table so that we got to talk to everyone in the group. With 14, 2 tables makes sense. Barb
