3 of us plus dd's friend going, so we want to get this messaging plan.  Do you go somewhere to sign up or just start using it and then they bill you?

is it still as spotty service as before or have there been reports it works better.  I haven't been paying attention lately.

When it cost $1.99 it really wasn't a value. Now that it's free, it's worth every penny that you pay for it.

Haven't used it lately but when we did we all went into the settings on our phone for the app and made sure that notificstions for that app were turned on and it worked fine.
