We are on Silhouette 29th August and it will be our 1st cruise as Elite Plus. 

Under the CC Benefits, it lists, Complimentary Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso, Tea

Is this from Cafe al Bacio?

It also includes Il Secundo Cafe al Bacio at the entrance to the Oceanview Cafe. But (a) it comes in mugs and not cups & saucers, and (b) it's usually as weak as dishwater.

Il Secundo cafe on the Reflection was great on our Reflection TA , better service than Al Bacio

I always get a table right next to Il Secundo and the service is always prompt. Can't say as much for the rest of Oceanview cafe.

I've no problem with the service from Il Secundo, it's the coffee that's rubbish.

Taste  is subjective. I like the Lattes and sometimes have an extra shot of coffee. The Pyramid Boxes/Bags of Forte tea and the hot chocolate are both  excellent.

Sorry nothing with alcohol which is partly why Cruise Only rates with Elite + benefits work so well for us.

My preference is Bailey's.  Always make the coffee better, even improves the regular coffee served in OVC.
