“My Holiday” login unavailable

I have tried several times this morning to log into my booking and each time it says they don’t recognise my details. Anyone have this problem this morning?

Ive had that before, cleared cookies and it was ok.  Might be worth a try

I presume that you mean “My P&O Cruises” (as My Holiday can only be accessed on ships) but I’ve just tried to log on and had the same message as you. Must be an IT glitch. Now there’s a first 🤔😂

I have just been on the phone to them (I know a miracle) to be told their system is down!

Are you sure your phone isn’t diverting you to the MyHoliday page rather than the MyPOCruise page - mine does that because I never clear my cookies and it always confuses me.

 

I have been able to access MyPOCruise page ok this morning to do my check in.

How odd, it can’t be a nationwide thing because I have just been on this morning until about 5 minutes ago to check in, and then have just gone back on now and it’s working ok for me.

 

Im going to go back on this evening and check it’s actually worked 😂

I have just tried my Login and get this message, so something is not working. Maybe they are inundated with people, like me, trying to log in to see if it is working 🙃

it merely takes up to two people to be an inundation for P&O 🤣

I’ve just tried again and got in this time, so it may be fixed now.

Same for me - can’t log into My P&O this morning. Just get the under maintenance message…
