Can OBC - Refundable be withdrawn at Guest Services?

I have searched and can’t find an answer.  We are on a B2B next month on Equinox.  We have a lot of NOBC and will not touch our OBC that is refundable.  Usually we just get a credit on our credit card but I want to avoid losing credit card points and would like to use the cash on second leg of trip.  Can I go to Guest Services and ask for this money in cash?  Is there a dollar limit you can ask for that they will give you cash?  Can I ask for it any time during our first leg?

Yes.   Most ships restrict that they will only cash out your Refundable OBC the day before the end of the cruise.    Just go to the front desk and they will cash it out.

 

I have however been able to on a couple cruises.

Our last 2 cruises we could not cash out our refundable OBC until after 5 on the last night.

I cashed out almost $2,000 on my last cruise at Guest Services. I had to wait until the day before the last day of the cruise to do it.

I've only been able to cash out on the last day of the cruise on many different cruises. Tried to cash out the next to last day, but was refused.
