Rare skivoodoo Posted August 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2023 We have a casino rate with a non refundable deposit. If we want to change the date, does anyone know if we still have to pay the fee? Thanks!
Rare lazydayz Posted August 29, 2023 #2 Share Posted August 29, 2023 Most likely. They were very lenient during Covid, but have started to enforce the rules.

If the rate code includes your booked sailing as an available option, they should be able to change the rate code. If the sailing is not available for that rate code, it's not able to be changed. I had one I could and one I couldn't. I called 866-299-5859.
