On the Emerald Princess it’s $100 with wine. Guess it varies with each ship.

Here's my invitation for the chef’s table that I organized. I post photos when it’s over.

looking forward to a great meal.

If you weren't previously aware, CT on Pre-Royal Class ships has always been offered at a lower price point than CTL on Royal Class ships.  I suppose the exclusive place with lighted glass tubes surrounding the table, making it more private, was a significant factor since my understanding is the food and wine is quite similar in scope and value.

It depends on which ship you are on.  It costs more on the Royal class ships.  The $130(with wine)/$110(without wine) is for the Royal class.   $110/$95 for non-Royal class.

I’m being charged $100 tonight on the Emerald Princess.

You can also do what I do & that's create a list of people interested, with names & stateroom number & turn it in when you board the ship.

Here’s photos from our Chef’s table that I organized on the Emerald Princess.

Looks nice food.  I hate it when they think they have to bury a bottle of wine in an ice bucket.  It is not supposed to be chilled like beer.

Red lovers would revolt.  But white wine lovers want a super chilled wine, because it warms up so fast. Yeah the first sip is cold, but the next sip is approaching perfecton.

We will be sailing on the Island Princess. Does anyone know the cost of the CT and what it includes? It's been many years since the last time we attended.

Thank you

I just finishes a Chef’s Table on the Emerald Princess. I’ve done about 10 of these & there is no set price for Princess ships. We paid $100 each & I’ve seen it as high as $130. I arranged this dinner just for our Cruise Critic group & posted the dinner on the site that was for our cruise. Remember that they will let you know the date & time once on the ship. If you can find someone that just did one on the Island Princess that will help with what the price might be.

I’m enclosing some photos of my recent dinner along with the menu. We met & went to the galley for or dare than champagne. Then we went to one of the dinning rooms that had a table just for us. Each course was served with special premium wine just for that specific course. I’ve had some people say that our dinner was the best that they had ever had.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
