suzyed Posted December 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted December 20, 2023 (edited) I went to my Medallion app earlier and all my dining reservations are gone....even though we paid for the specialty restaurants weeks ago! Now I can't even sign on to the app since says the servers are down. Went to chat on the Princess website and they were no help at all. Anyone else having this issue? It will "almost certainly" all repopulate when they do some idiotic minor change to the app again. Besides, they will soon dump the current app for a new version (supposedly a totally new app but we will see...) and then who knows what "phabulous" new adventures you will have with the new version. Not that this helps you now, but I take screen shots of my reservations in the app 'just in case' and also of my credit card payment. Check your DMW on the website and see if it’s okay. They have been working on the App the last 2 weeks, with crazy things showing up. Heck, I showed 5 cruises instead of my 2 booked. But just as you all said, it's all good now...got it all back once I was able to access the app. Wonder if the "chat" had anything to do with getting it fixed but anyway it's all good now! Keep in mind the data is not stored in your phone. It is downloaded from the servers when you access. If it cannot contact the services it will not show the reservations because it cannot download the data. Sounds like you have a connection problem. This architecture is why if you have a poor connection the app will sometime show different status or incomplete fields. In reality the data is probably there. A subset of the entire possibilities of any problem that prevents the phone from taking with and getting data from the hosted application and database.
