Darko  the concierge with you

Yes, but we have not spent very much time there.  We have friends onboard that are in a balcony and we are mostly hanging out in Vines.

It will be in dry dock from March 11th to April 1st.  Looked it up on a cruise timetable.

I have been looking to see what might be changed in dry dock.  We are booked on the July trans-Atlantic.

Thank you very much @HoneyBubba. Hopefully Sabatini’s will replace Harmony. If they could transform the Double Down Bar to Crooner’s it would make many people, including me very happy 🙂

Tonight's extra dish in the Reserve Dining Room was Ossobuco.

Tonight's wine, purchased in Sydney.  We held a mini tasting with the Sommelier and our Restaurant Manager.  We scored it a solid 93 points.

Today's lunch and dinner menus.  I apologize for the light spots.  I take the photos from the glass wall mounted displays and I can't figure out a way to eliminate the spots.

You get the best quality if you make screenshots of the menus on the app.

Example from the Royal:

I tried a new item on the lunch menu today, the plant-based chicken tacos.  They were really good.  I had several servers asking me how they were as it was the first time they had seen them on the menu.

Steak Diane for me today, please. 😊

Good question with the screenshots.

And the real menu in the evening was sometimes a bit different from what the app said.

I have a question, do you prefer seeing a photo of the actual menu or the app version???

Whichever is easiest for you.  They are easy to read either way,  It's just nice that you are doing that for those of us following along.

Count me in as well!  Crooners has always been my favourite spot on Princess ships, and it was the one downside of our recent cruise on Majestic.

As we will be on the Majestic later on this summer for an Alaska cruise, I was thinking the same.  We were on Discovery and really liked Take 5, but the Double Down isn't really like Take 5.  Plus Discovery also has a Crooners.

Does the Crown Grill Bar, since it has a piano, act like Crooners, with a piano singer in the evening?

Yes and no.  On our cruise there was a rotation of entertainers in the Crown Grill Bar.  The best was a Brazilian singer who accompanied himself on guitar.  There was also a piano player (who did not sing) and a violin duo.  The latter two were overly amplified for that space, in my opinion.  The band from the theatre also appeared there twice, which was a real treat--especially when they did a jazz set.

Wow! Is Majestic getting a new menu for 2024 or is this just offerings for your sailing? Not sailing on her until August for an Alaska cruise, but if plant-based chicken tacos were on my menu, I'd be pretty pleased
