What a fantastic day in Paradise!!!  We hired a taxi to take us to a secluded beach and it was definitely secluded!  The water was perfect, warm and clear.  We had our taxi return in 3 hours for our return to the ship's water shuttle.

 

 

Can you see Debbie under the palm tree?  I took the photo from the water.

 

Can you see me in the water, I'm the one wearing the Panama hat.  Oh yeah, I'm the only one in the water!

A few nights ago our Restaurant Manager asked if we wanted anything special for dinner.  We mentioned we were missing Mexican food.  So tonight he surprised us with this!

For a long time believed the Hawaiian island of Kauai was the most beautiful place on earth,,......

Fun to snorkel with the rays and sharks. We tendered into the Papetoei tender pier. We rented a small boat for the 2 of us. You need a license to rent anything with over a 5hp motor. Slow ride, but loved every minute

I believe it was Opunohu.  There was a Windstar ship in Cooks Bay.

Here is the view of the small park at the beach from the road.  There was a fresh water shower and restrooms at the park.  By the time we left there were maybe 10 people scattered on the beach.  Only one other couple from our ship.

 

We are returning to Moorea in March of 2026 and this is where you will find us!
