What discounts can captains club give when pre booking ?

I’m sure I have read that people have called captains club and got the price adjusted on things.

What items would apply ?

I was hoping it was on dinner packages ( we are elite plus) but I know it is not.

But am I missing out on anything else? Drink upgrades or wi fi upgrades ?

I should know this by now, but still get confused lol

Might depend on your tier level. None of the above pre cruise.
