Bag of Laundry special on Regal Princess, British Isles

Does anyone have any experience with the bag of laundry special that is sometimes offered on the cruises? We are on the British Isles (May12-27) cruise on Regal Princess.  Is there a specific day that it is offered and how much does it cost. We are trying to cut down on our luggage on the plane. Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

Why not use a sea day and do a load of laundry?  We bring a couple pods or laundry sheets.  Rarely a wait early.  Several threads about this.

I have never seen a bag of laundry special on any of my almost 50 Princess cruises. Laundry service is by the piece. All Princess ships have self service laundromats on each deck. It is $3 wash $3 dry. Tokens available in the vending machine purchased with your medallion. You can also purchase detergent and dryer sheets, but many bring their own.

Those with elite loyalty status and those in full suites are entitled to free laundry service.

We do our own laundry every other day early in the morning while waiting for our coffee.

Get laundry sheets for ez packing on amazon and it is an easy task. It takes almost 2 days to get laundry back from their services.

I also choose a cabin thats not too far from laundry room.

I have never seen a bag of laundry deal on Princess. Always by the garment some cost more than others

NCL has the laundry bag specials.  Very easy to throw a load in at the laundermat.   $1.50 each to wash and dry.   Think the detergent is $1.25.  Use your medallion to get tokens

It's $3 wash, $3 dry on Princess.

I’ve sailed on five different cruise lines, three had laundry bag specials, two had self-serve laundry, none had both.

Sure, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Norwegian had bag specials, Silversea and Princess had self-serve laundry.

HAL also offers an unlimited laundry package you can purchase for the length of your voyage. They also offer a single laundry bag special.
