Rare Salf777 Posted May 18 #1 Share Posted May 18 Hi there we are usually Celebrity cruisers and we sail in the Retreat. We aren’t crazy about the direction that Celebrity is going and thinking about trying Princess have heard good things. Looking at a cruise on the Enchanted Princess in a suite. Does the Enchanted Princess have a suite area like the Retreat on Celebrity?
1025cruise Posted May 18 #2 Share Posted May 18 I'm sailing in a suite on the Enchanted next month, and I do not believe there is a separate area like the retreat. There is also no dedicated dining room. The reserve area is just a roped off section of one of the MDRs.

Rare Lady Arwen Posted May 18 #7 Share Posted May 18 We are also Celebrity cruisers. I don’t know your reason for leaving the brand, but trying something new can be fun. There is nothing like the Retreat on Princess. There is no complimentary Solarium adults only area. Princess has a Sanctuary that you can only book once onboard and there is a fee. It books very quickly as space and loungers are quite limited. For various reasons (deal breaker for us is the smoking in the casino) we have decided to go back to Celebrity as our go to cruiseline. We’ll still sail on Princess if we see something interesting and at a good price. We are also sailing on Enchanted in August and looking forward to it. Enjoy your cruise. Does the Enchanted Princess have a suite area like the Retreat on Celebrity? While many tend to be near each other, there is no "area" that all the suites are in like the Retreat. BTW, what is it about the direction of Celebrity that you are referring to? I have only been on one Celebrity and we have friends who only do it so curious about what you think. Wishing on a star Posted May 18 #11 Share Posted May 18 The SUN Princess now has this ship-within-a-ship set up. There are Suites, Mini-Suites, and even a few Deluxe Premium Balconies that are now SANCTUARY CLASS. This is similar to the Retreat/Haven on other lines. No other Princess ships have this, yet.... Crown Cruiser Posted May 18 #12 Share Posted May 18 Suite breakfasts are now in the Crown Grill. It moved when Sabatini’s was moved from their spot on Deck 5 to the Piazza (where the Catch was), The Catch is now on deck 5.
