Recommendations for Airport Transfer - Orlando International Airport

Looking for transportation from Orlando International Airport to Cocoa Beach hotel.......reviews of many companies have been inconsistent. Any recommendations for a reliable company? Also considering Uber....but have never used an Uber.....

Taxis are easy to get right off the ship,  If we are not pressed for time we usually take the shuttle from NCL.  If late flight we have gone to the space center before heading to the airport via NCL

Good information here-   Personally, we rented a car at MCO to get to Cocoa Beach.  Then returned it morning of the cruise right at the port (Enterprise).  For return, we used a shuttle.  You'll find a list of shuttles here:

Uber is the way to go.

I've only ever done it from Sanford, from which there are no reasonable shuttle connections anyway. Uber works fine for either airport; your driver will likely be bringing someone coming from a ship and so the pickup will be almost instant.

 

I've also rented a car, when I was going to be in Cocoa Beach enough to use it. It's an easy drive, but returning the car before embarking can be difficult, because passengers leaving the ship will already have crowded into the rental office clamoring for cars, which the agency won't have until some are returned.

We are arriving in Port Canaveral on Royal Caribbean (Trans-Atlantic cruise). We need to get to MCO for a 4pm flight.  Does the ship usually have a shuttle available?  I see nothing on the website.  The post cruise excursions are for flights after 5pm. Or should we plan on Uber?  If Uber, what should we expect to pay?

Shuttles are easy. We used Cortrans, they picked us up at 8:30AM when we got off the ship, took us to the Orlando airport, which is a 45 minute drive, quick and easy, good service with clean shuttles.
