With this level of secrecy I was expecting it to be James Bond, since Daniel Craig is an actual, if unlikely, Scouser. But yes, it's on the Carnival Website as the City of Liverpool.

Daniel Craig is not a scouser, he is from Hoylake on the Wirral.  I live on Wirral now, but my roots are over the water, in South Liverpool.
