Stabbing on Crown Princess???

According to a thread on another site, there was a medical evacuation two nights ago, supposedly due to a stabbing incident on board.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Hi! I just got off the crown.

Yes there was a medical evacuation 2 days ago. From what I heard 2 guys got into a fight in the buffet and one guy got arrested.

I was on that cruise, captain made an announcement at about 9pm Friday night saying "we've made a course change for a medical evacuation" ended up running about an hour east towards the Oregon coast. Several staterooms below the winch spot were evacuated just in case. They drained the forward pool, too.

 

We heard the hot goss about a fight later but checks out, it was a sea day so people are drinking, buffets are full of silverware, BUT we walked through the buffet later and it wasn't like there was a section that had blood stains or was closed off.

All kidding aside, I hope the victim recovers, and everyone involved gets a lifetime ban from cruising.

I’m not sure what is wrong with some people.  It used to be we were just trying to avoid complainers and those with negative attitudes.  Now, we have to watch out for people with knives?

Google Carnivak cruise fights and you will be amazed how many fights involving groups you will find and people being kicked off of cruises

I read that also.  There was one on NCL earlier in May.

 

Haven’t heard much about the Crown news.  Sure it will come out soon.

I think the stabbing might be scuttlebutt, someone else had to leave the shop for medical in Victoria and there were a lot of really old people on the ship

One would hope that they'd be banned from all CCL brands.

If they don't already, I think all lines should share their lists of banned passengers with each other.

Actually Carnival is the parent company and I would think HAL and Cunard would be considered grandparents
