Forevercrusing Posted August 9 #1 Share Posted August 9 This will be our first B2B cruise with Celebrity (Solstice). The first cruise is Sept 1-8 and the second cruise is Sept 8-15. I downloaded the App and successfully checked in for the first cruise a couple of weeks ago (arrival time, photo, etc) and also printed the XPress Pass. This morning, I received an email from Celebrity saying that it is time to Check In for the second cruise - but the second cruise doesn’t show up on the App (only the first cruise is there). When I log onto the Celebrity website, it shows the two cruises but there is nowhere for me to enter check in time, photo, etc. for the second cruise. canderson Posted August 9 #2 Share Posted August 9 The "2B" part is an entirely different process that is explained in a separate letter (and possible meeting) near the end of your "B2" cruise. Looks like you'll be dealing with a U.S. port, so you'll all be escorted off the ship, and once it has been "zero'd out", escorted back aboard with your new Seapass card. I “just fiddled” with the App again and in small print, it said “Go to another Reservation”. I clicked it and voila! The second cruise was there! Now, I can toggle between the two cruises 😀. I checked in for our September 22nd cruise on the app but couldn’t see where I could print the express pass. Where were you able to do that? Forevercrusing Posted August 9 Author #8 Share Posted August 9 Once you have entered your “Check In” info, you should be able to see a box at the bottom “View XPress Pass”. Once you click and view you should be able to click “print”. in saying that, I just tried it and I’m getting a message “Sorry, we can’t show XPress Pass” so I’m assuming that there is a system glitch right now. Forevercrusing Posted August 10 Author #11 Share Posted August 10 I just tried again, and I can now “View” the Xpress Pass on the App. However, to print the XPress Pass, I had to take a snapshot of it and then forwarded that picture to my computer - and then printed it. If changing cabins, I print out the luggage tags so bags get forwarded properly - but probably don’t need to. These are two separate sailings so info does not get added into second leg.
