Should I be worried???

I went in to my reservations on Saturday to fill out my boarding pass for my Enchantment cruise. Much to my surprise and horror my reservation was missing. I tried to add it but it wouldn't add. When I went back to the main page it was there. Very weird. So yesterday I went back again to check for my own piece of mind and guess what. It's gone and I can't add it back!!!! There are a bunch of us on this sailing and none of us can access our reservation. Should I be worried? Could it be just a glitch??

Save yourself the worry ... Call RCCL.

 

I had that issue with my last cruise on AOS ... I called, there was a compputer glitch they were not aware of. Was fixed in 24 hours.

TA is checking into it. Rep told her this morning to call back later. They couldn't access it either.

Don't panic! :) It could be that RCCL is just updating or backing-up their computer system...

I guess I forgot to mention that I have a Mariner cruise booked in August and that one is showing up. Trying to be patient and not worry but it's so hard. We have an aft JS booked and I don't want to lose it!

It is still showing up as a sailing available to book so that is a good sign, that they didn't charter the boat or anything. Hopefully it is just a computer problem as others have said..

This happened once to me.....because the cruise was cancelled. :eek: Let's hope it's just a computer issue in your case.

just showing 1 cruise on Radiance in September. So I phoned them stating I have 2 cruises booked one in April, then otheri n September & you only have September. I type in our lst name & booking # with Brilliance name & you state no such booking???? No callback 2 days later or email. But my TA is ticked at this as she is getting calls from many of her group.

I am with dawn on this cruise, not only is my reservation not showing up, but it was cancelled and my money refunded...we are both using the same ta and she is looking into it now for us.

My February cruise shows but not my September cruise. I'm sure it's a glitch in the system but it does give one a bit of a start when your cruise goes poof! :confused:

If a cruise does not show in My Cruises you can find it a different way.

Across the top (under the RCI logo and My Cruises) is a row of dark blue tabs. Go to the "Before You Board" tab..........then click on Online Check-in.

You can access your reservation from there. :)

I have 2 booked - one's there...and one's not. It won't let me "add" the missing one either. Surely this is a glitch with so many of us having missing ones. Let's not panic....yet!!!

 

I just logged out on my account and logged in on my husband's. The "missing cruise" showed up on his. Then....when I logged back in on mine, it showed both of them!!! Now...I know it's a "glitch"!

I logged into DH account. Was able to add the cruise that shows in My Cruises but couldn't add the missing cruise. Know it's there 'cuz I checked it via Before you Board, online booking. Glitches everywhere..................with RCI and here on the CC boards. :rolleyes:

Well, I did check, and "gasp" my October cruise was gone. So I logged in under DH name and it was there. Why they moved it from my C & A number to his is beyond me. He's going to be Diamond soon, thanks to me! They should have left it under my name!

 

Isujim - you were told wrong, my B2B had 2 different ressie numbers and they both showed up.
