Smooth sailing **home** Radio. I think they will have American at tomorrow's Lunch of Nations....try the pot roast. It is SO GOOD. I went back 3x to fill my plate! Also, for tonight's elegant night, I hope you got the loin lamb chops. I have never had a lamb chop in my life  but ordered them and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I always suffer TERRIBLY from the ACB (after cruise blues) for a week because I am thinking a week ago we were doing this or that...and as **painful** as it is knowing you are THERE while I am sitting HERE, I am glad you are having a good time and it is so awesome to relive our cruise thru you. Those chairs overlooking the atrium bar, next to the photo shop you took a picture of...we sat in them many times and I wanted to bring them home with me. So comfy! :)

Ahhh Radio - theonly way you could have gone to Virgin Gorda was by carnival - at least while the ship leaves at 1PM! Otherwise you would be taking a BIG risk! We went 2 weeks ago and arrived back after 1 - the ship was waiting for us because it was a carnival excursion.

The pictures brought back so many memories - thanka again! Smooth sailing home! :)

Avril, the cruise was originally supposed to have T. as the last stop, then they changed it to Grand Turk. After Hurricane Ike did so much damage to GT, it was switched back to T. again.

Oh, ok. Thanks!! :D

Radio, thank you so much for all the photos and the live report..have you tasted the coffee on board, would you say the room service coffee is drinkable, or should one make the effort for the gourmet blend, and what time is that coffee shop open?

The regular coffee is not bad, but the coffee in the Carnival Coffee Shops onboard (2) is GREAT ! I love it !

They are open from 7AM- midnight daily. . .

Hello everyone ! Today is another “Fun” day at sea.

There will be lots of things to do today, including the Match Game, Galley Tour, The Love and Marriage Show, and of course Win a Cruise Bingo.

I have a Carnival TA Seminar from 9-12, but am free for the afternoon. Tonight is also Cruise Elegant Night, and the formal portraits will be all around the ship tonight.

There seems to be an Internet Special almost daily. . .Today’s special is “Buy Ten, Get Ten. When you use 10 Minutes, you automatically get 10 for free. . . Not bad. That’s 1 extra free post to Cruise Critic for me !

I have seen many questions about the TV Programming with CCL. . Here is a list of the Current programming on Carnival Miracle. . .

RADIO: Great pix, have a safe and relaxing cruise back to NYC. My DW and myself are not gamblers; a roll of quarters in the slots is my limit. However, on our cruise on the Legend in June on the last night, before the last show, the grand prize BINGO was a free cruise; the best $20 bucks spent on a triple card. WE WON !!! Redeemed it end of August on the Victory out of NYC to Canada. Ya never know, unless ya play :D

Radio - this is a bit selfish - BUT if you see this and you can - can you try and take a closer picture of the case in the Casino? My picture (with my other half) is in there with a fake $4,000 check from the 9/14 cruise.

Again - thanks ffor the live updates!

Radio,

We are taking the Miracle in January 09.... (Not to far away), I am home sick and your post are keeping me going... I can just feel myself there... we went to Tortola a couple years ago and went scuba diving so we missed most of the island but our friends that went on the island tour, said it was their favorite of all the islands they had been too.... I too want to go back...

Thanks for taking time out of your cruise to post and keep us land locked cruiser going until we can get there too....:)

Radio, thanks again for all the great pictures and a quick question, since the 'Miracle' and 'Legend' are in the same class, do you know if they are laid out the same way. I only ask because from your pictures I don't see a lot of similarities.

Also I didn't mean to interrupt before, just thought you all might get a kick out of our rough trip down the coast before.

Thanks and smooth sailing.

Jack :)

No worries. . . This is the first "Spirit" Class ship I have sailed, so I am not sure of the differences. I know that all of the Spirit Class shiped are themed differently though. . .

Jack if you go to Carnival.com they have the deck plans of all the ships. Most ships in the same class will have the same layout just a different theme and decor.

I have been following your blogs and want to thank you for the beautiful pictures. I have downloaded some as my desktop background and I have relived wonderful memories of our trip aboard the Miracle last June, 2007. We already booked for next August, 09 and am counting down the days. LOL

I, also loved the specialty coffee shops and would visit them at least once or twice a day. Well worth the extra money. My Grandson's also loved their milk shakes. LOL

Safe calm trip home Radio.:)

Hello everyone ! Mr. Lucky’s Casino has been friendly to me today. . .I’m sure I will return the favor later. . .

The ship has been full of activities today. . .It would be impossible to do them all. Mrs. Radio just picked the ones that “we” wanted to attend.

We had a great Galley Tour, that was hosted by “Frankie” the Bacchus Dining Room Maî tre-D’. He really enjoys his job, and it shows. The galley is very impressive, and very clean.

We normally don’t buy any photos, but we ended up buying one of the Tortola Debark photos of us on the Gangway.

We also went to the Love and Marriage Show in the Phantom theatre, and it was very funny ! The Cruise Director (Lenny Halliday) is a very funny host !

We still have to get on the big Twister Slide, and visit a couple more of the lounges tomorrow. There are a couple lounges that I haven’t been able to get nice pics of due to lighting, but I have a few more days to get them.

I will also try to get some photos of some different cabin choices before I get off of the ship on Wednesday.

Here are a few pics from today. . .

More pics later !

Thanks for tuning in. . .
