I am using a iPad and site is still not fixed. I called them and was advised to delete all web history and cookies. I hate to throw out the cookies that identify me on 10 or 15 web sites just to take care of princess and IT incompetence

Apparently those cookies on our computers are in conflict with the new version of their website & I too wish it wouldn't be necessary to delete my current cookies. :(

I am on an iPad also. When I get to the messed up Princess site, I just reload the page and all is good. Have you tried that? Hope it works for you!

It will grow on me. Change is always difficult. I don't like it, but that's because I was comfortable with the old one. I did have to delete my cookies and try logging in after to get the website to properly load, but in due time, I will be as comfortable with the new site as I was with the old site.

I had a similar problem this past weekend with the Princess website on IE. When I opened it up, a blue funky page appeared. The website opened up fine in Firefox. What worked was to delete browser history and cookies in IE, reboot, and the problem was solved.

I'm pretty sure the problem is stale stylesheets.

Shift-Reload worked for me.

Next step will be to clear history and delete temporary internet files.

It is the temporary files that I think are causing the problems.

You really shouldn't need to delete your cookies.

Just deleted history on IE and it now works fine for me. Thanks for the tip!
