I remember you mentioned quite a while ago that it was being worked on. The system still only accepts the first leg of the combo voyage. Any update? Thanks! Do you have one of those cruises that are no longer being displayed on the web site (likely having a major change). My booking being one them is no longer there. The add booking is also no longer there too. Oceania being very mum on what is the issue -- my TA called them and they said you have to wait until sometime in August. REALLY POing me off. We were doing some maintenance yesterday, and while it was going on after you were having the problem, perhaps it resolved it. bitob Posted July 25, 2016 Author #17 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Just wanted to give kudos to Mike Moore who not only emailed me several times but spent around 45 minutes on the phone with me this morning resetting my account. Super service. Turns out Oceania thinks one of my cruises and has been cancelled (not)and the other is undergoing yet unknown itinerary changes and cannot be added to Already Booked. Mystery solved.
