As long as you have the info for the other parties you can book MTD dining without having to link ahead of time. Don't use the app, but the planner to book MTD and they should be available now. -
Welcome to CC. In case you didn't know, on some ships, you can get some inbound internet traffic without a Voom package, but nothing outbound.

Unless and until RCI can dry dock a ship closer to the US, there's bound to be an overlap in Icon and Oasis class ships needing a dry dock the same year at Cadiz. When that happens, they will likely both sail a Med season there. With Icon 2 coming out in the middle of 2025 and Allure having her dry dock then, they may both be there that summer.

Yes, or you can charge up to the daily allowance on one card. Having to sign for drinks varies widely across ships and venues.

For a holiday sailing they may never become available - for other sailings, if not sold out, you'll have to keep checking.

It's not about liking (and yes, the RCI site has gotten better) - it's about accomplishing the task (looking for cabin inventory) the quickest and easiest way with the most complete and easy to understand results.

They may not add much, but they are usually easier/simpler to use and may provide a more complete picture of inventory.

RCI likes to recategorize cabins (without any actual change) and the deck plans change to reflect that. -
Like the enforcement of check in times, the port staff outside the terminal can make the rules as they see fit.

You'd like cruisemapper even better since it also reports ship position even away from land-based AIS sensors. It also filters out all the other traffic which most probably don't care about.

The reporting on availability of coupons on the last day varies - some get them, others were denied. Very few places are open to get anything the morning of the last day. -

You are lucky. If you had waited till on board to reserve via the app, you would have likely gotten something much later. Unlike that poster who mentioned Carnival, the RCI app has no notification for when a table is ready nor a certain table. All that is decided by the host at the MDR entrance while you wait in line - a sometimes long line.
