  1. But... do they have the table games there?
  2. I'm fairly certain vista class does not have RFP. Just the RF rum bar.
  3. I think the newest ships don't have it either. I wonder why they dropped RFP.
  4. My daughter's 6th grade social studies teacher was her first crush.
  5. Thanks! I was going to ask this very question about duolingo. My wife just showed me her badge of 365 day streak!
  6. Interesting. I only have info applicable to US sailings. Here's the top part of mine. Updated sheets, maybe?
  7. Wonder why Glory didn't get a Red Frog Pub? We really like it also, kids like the games in there, too.
  8. Thanks. I have it from my TA already. It's not really a problem, just that it's odd that it's no longer working for me. Also, I noticed that it used to stamp both the date and time on the booking summary sheets. Now, it's stamping the date, but not the time. Are you still getting the date and time stamp? Plus, it looks like the changed it. Didn't the general information sheets used to be more than 2 pages?
  9. Yep, we booked through a TA. But, print documents no longer works (at least for me). I only get a 2 page general information sheet. The booking summary and itinerary is not there anymore.
  10. I have the "your bookings" window that has the stateroom and list of guests in the room, but there's no place to click for details on the guests. I tried clicking on the names, but they aren't links.
  11. Where do you see the vifp numbers exactly? I can't find them
  12. Could print luggage tags this morning, but you printing other documents no longer included the booking summary with vifp numbers/ status, obc, or purchase. Just a few pages of general info. Is there another place on the booking page to verify they have the vifp numbers and status listed correctly on the booking?
  13. Not quite... Can't print documents (booking summary, luggage tags)
  14. Everglades Tour w/ FLL Airport Transfer - MIA Shore Excursions | Carnival Cruise Line Reviews for this are actually pretty good, and give the timing details.
  15. Originally we were going to fly, but with a group of 6, the minivan option won out on cost. We're staying in Hattiesburg the night before. We have about 11 hours/750 miles planned for Saturday as it is! But, if we were to drive all the way to NOLA (or flying in), that looks like an amazing hotel.
  16. They don't come all at once. I would keep checking daily, especially if there are specific excursions you are looking for, and popular ones do sell out. They can be as much as a year in advance or more, and sometimes additional excursions will be added a few months before sailing.
  17. yeah, it looks like a 3 letter word on the bottom, but there is a scroll button so you can see how many letters it is. Very poorly designed. Match game was a lot better. And a lot more fun.
  18. We're taking the cruise line excursion on the everglades tour. With Carnival, it's a price of about $60, which is reasonable, IMO. Entrance fee is about $30, so it's about $30/person for the transport (so $15/leg). They hold your luggage on the bus while you tour the park, so it is convenient. With a party of 4 a rental car wouldn't save you much money considering you need a larger car four 4 people and luggage (can you get a rental for much less than $120?), plus you'd have to shlep your luggage to a rental car location. However, depending on your actual flight time, the advantage of a rental car is you may have more time to enjoy the day, as the cruise bus gets to the airport midday.
  19. But... only if there is reason to believe there is evidence.
  20. Looking forward to this. We'll be on Glory in August, same itinerary.
  21. Except i don't think the FBI would be called until after it's been determined it's at least probable it's not a natural death. People die on cruise ships all the time... just because of law of averages. But the fbi is generally not called. But we're not going to get any info unless there's an arrest or they need the public's help finding a suspect.
  22. I believe Valor only does shorter cruises, and Glory does the longer cruises. This is, by far, the biggest difference (and probably only significant one). Take the Glory on the longer cruises.
  23. Just for comparison: Disney has the A stateroom being the upgrade/ higher category. BUT the lowest number is upgrrade. Cat 10 and 11 are interior and 4-7 are balcony, with the lower number the more deluxe. So I guess while carnival falls reading, Disney fails math.
  24. On Carnival, A is lowest category letter, followed by B.
  25. So I emailed carnival this question and they got back to me within a few hours (on a Sunday no less, actually a very impressive response time! ) For anyone down the road that has this question, the charge is $44.99 (as of today) per extra person.
