  1. To OP- when you log in to the personalizer on the princess website scroll down and you should see what you get to use: mine says Sanctuary and private dining. My Travel Summary only says Sanctuary Collection.
  2. The last ones that have answered say I purchased standard. Can buy on board. Do not address web and app problems or trying to fix it. I cannot even get into my personalizer today. App is swirling. I have tried reloading, clearing, different devices. Other 3 bookings have no issues.
  3. I’ve sent a second email to them and JP, asking to fix my app and personalizer again. I am blocked from using all the functions and cannot make any reservations for 3 nights dining. What a mess I have had over this Sun booking.
  4. Well, I did not buy a package but my app says I did. I reported it, got confirmation it was a web error. Now I have been upgraded to the New Premier package! I am told it can only be dealt with in the ship.
  5. It is still messed up for me- the old premier is listed in my personalizer and now the app has me getting the new premier!
  6. You can go on app and cancel reservations for a credit card refund to be posted in a few days. Book restaurants later when it shows $0 charge. Be aware - when I cancelled $74 US purchase only $99 CAD was returned to me today. I lose every time I do refund.
  7. Is that the same cruise you phoned about, like I did? My travel summary just says Sanctuary Collection. Links in booking website and app say I purchased Premier and that lists all the old Premier. I Can pay for wifi & CA but not purchase a bundle due to conflict. Must purchase on the ship. Web error. I have to purchase if I want it. So, I think it is solved for me.
  8. I have ongoing issues as well. Just cannot get any help. Told me it can only be resolved on the ship. all kinds of IT issues and glitches. All the time.
  9. Chat thoroughly went over my booking just now. I am blocked. Cannot book package online, through Princess chat or phone- must do it on the ship. I think it is the result of the changes to Sanctuary Collection and web errors. No one can help pre cruise, I am told. So, no double cruise credits for us.
  10. You did not ask us if a substitute passenger wants to take the no shows place. So, to answer your post, I suggest calling them back and ask for clarification . good luck!
  11. So I tried chat to ask if I can buy Plus for this Sun booking. There is a conflict with the promotion. They cannot do anything to change my booking that says I purchased Premier. They cannot add Plus. I will have to deal with it on ship. So, that solves it for me- no package and we will pay for each item as we go. I cannot believe the time I have spent on this booking. Done.
  12. So, if I am blocked from booking in Personalizer pre cruise because my Sun booking says I purchased it, but did not. Could I get this offer on board-2 credits for Plus? Agents on chat & phone tried to connect me with supervisor but couldn’t. My cabin mate might want Plus- who can I get through to for help? I reported issues with customer relations and website feedback- still no fix- still blocked.
  13. Yep, reached my limit here. Refunds to wrong cards. FCD issues- returned as FCC without the OBC. Blocked from purchasing Plus or Premier for October cruise. Reported web and app issues- nothing fixed. i sure hope my Crew Appreciation is not going to any of these Staff in bonuses I am ticked off about this recent aggravation.

  16. Happened to me too. Really , just add up totals and reimburse your mom. Trying to get them to explain is like talking to a brick wall. i paid for 2 specialty meals on my Amex. Cancelled and refund went unevenly to my Visa ( old) card and rest to my Amex.
  17. The joke is on Princess cruises TOP DOG! They are paying these guys/gals to sabotage the website, app and to train the phone & chat agents. If there’s a glitch it will find me. Right now my app and booking congratulates me in purchasing a premier package. I did not. I reported this glitch and got a thank you- it is a web error. Still same today.
  18. On my Discovery cruise in a suite less then 6 days they gave us free specialty dining in first night. I was able to book it precruise online.

  20. well, consider yourself lucky! There was no air conditioning on my Royal Princess cruise to Oahu last year. Guest Services said sorry, we do not turn it on for this cruise. You can open balcony door. no compensation offered or expected.
  21. Yep, I do both but online 3 day sale gave me $900 US on 2 cruises- same fare. Princess offered nothing but a refundable deposit.
  22. Yes, that is right. I contacted them to report errors on bidding site- description of my current booking was wrong etc. This looks correct now- no packages were mentioned in the upgrades and my cruise is after October 14/24.
  23. OKAY, I can answer this now:the bidding has been corrected for my October Sun cruise. the sanctuary mini. signature &* sky suites are offered. no packages are included in the descriptions.
