    Half and half does not exist anywhere apart from the USA. In the rest of the world people put milk in their coffee. I had never heard of it: assumed it was half normal milk, half skimmed milk… but then I put it in my tea 🤢

    My TA has just posted new lower priced group rates for this cruise … so prices unsustainable already! Also looks like Marseilles is dropped?

    $4814 for 2 in a gty balcony…. They are having a laugh!! As they say on TV: I’m out! For that price we can fly to Petra for a weekend! Poor itinerary too - zero interest in Israel and sadly no Oman very disappointing

    There is a lady on an upcoming Australia cruise RC who is saying she has just got offered the cruise for free - she has only travelled with RCI once before on a 2n sampler and she is not a gambler... Perhaps that is an Australian thing? She even posted a pic of the email. She had a few cruises to choose from.

    And there was the Explorer Sydney to Southampton in 2019… didn’t about 800 do the whole trip? A lot of booze 🍻 and pies 🥧 on that one! Great atmosphere.. again I only did the Barcelona Southampton leg but there were still 🥧 left!

    I thought the cancelling of pax2 to get double points has to be done before final payment. Can they reprice after final payment 😱😳.. wouldn’t want to risk it!!

    I thought they had stopped giving the extra point for no-shows ? Unfortunately.

    I remember the Ovation repo from Southampton to Shanghai… there were quite a few that did the whole trip - over 100 iirc There were 2 separate lines in Southampton.. one for those going to Dubai/Singapore/Shanghai and one for those just going to Barcelona- sadly I was in the latter one!

    Who did you kill to get that information… or is it an educated guess?!? So my guesstimate of 23/10 from Rome seems to be spot on!!

    Last Canaries cruise ends 14/10. Southampton to Rome 8-10 days ??? So I’m working on around 23/10./24 from Rome. Then another 8-10 for the transit…🤷‍♀️ Will we finally meet?!

    My USA TA has confirmed Anthem is a Southampton - Rome - Dubai - Singapore repo ( so 3 legs) - no confirmed ports yet but he says going on sale soon…

    So many ports can be visited from Copenhagen: Tallinn, Stockholm, Helsinki, Gothenburg, Aarhus, Kristiansand, and my personal favourite port in the area; Skagen.

    Get back to me when you’ve looked at a map and let me know how many miles Copenhagen is from the Ukraine….

    It’s always had to be a notorised letter. Nothing new. Seen many families refused at Southampton because they did not have the letter or because they had it but had not got it properly notorised.

    Voyager home ported there last year, so there is no reason why they can’t homeport a ship there again.

    Icon was never going to be sailing from Southampton. It would only have been a show off event for the trade and media before she left for the USA. Here’s what we’ve just built … but we’re outta here!

    With the recent news on Amsterdam who knows where the ships will dock next year? Personally I’d hold off booking any return flights until this is known.
