  1. Canned soda is available for purchase onboard and you get a 25% discount if you have the Plus package. As mentioned by previous posters you can also pre-order cans of soda in your cruise Personalizer under Beverage Packages ( this does not get the 25% discount mentioned above) or you can bring on a 12- pack of soda at Embarkation. We have also been able to bring on additional cans when we stop at various ports. also the 15 drink per day limit is related to alcohol. Any beverages such as soda, juice, small bottles of water, specialty coffee or teas do not count toward the daily limit.
  2. I would call the main Princess number. They will then need to transfer you to the correct department. Emailing can take weeks if not months for a reply which could impact your ability to file a dispute with your credit card if you aren’t able to get things straightened out directly with Princess.
  3. I haven’t seen any Black Friday specials on stand alone drink packages.
  4. @Coral I think they have Nikon but I haven’t looked closely in the last year so they may have changed what they carry.
  5. I have seen cameras, some accessories and GoPro devices. Also, not electronic but they sell binoculars as well.
  6. You cannot use OBC to purchase Princess Plus since that is a fare type. You can upgrade before sailing and would pay the increase fare ( with cash/credit not OBC). Once onboard you can use OBC to purchase WiFi or drink packages and your daily crew appreciation or any other onboard purchases will be deducted from any available OBC.
  7. I have seen it in the main dining room. They also serve it in Bistro Sur La Mer with or without tuna.
  8. @dave_k58 log into Princess.com, click on booked guests, click on access cruise Personalizer, click on your booking ( if you have more than one). You want to get to the main page that says summary, check in, excursions etc across the top. Once on this page scroll toward the bottom of the page and you will see the bid button or try this link https://upg.plusgrade.com/marketing/partner/RNo2BO4VPCL
  9. You can go into your Personalizer for this cruise to see if you can bid or ask your TA to check your booking. You will find the link by scrolling down the page. Clicking on this box will take you to a place where you can check your eligibility.
  10. Unfortunately sometimes even when the booking is marked no upgrade the cabin is still upgraded by Princess.
  11. If the category/ location you want is only allowing guarantees ( no cabin to book) and you would have to bump up to a more expensive category to pick the cabin type you want, then booking the guarantee in the lower category can save money if you don’t care where you end up.
  12. When you book a guarantee you are guaranteed to get a cabin in the category you paid for or higher. Often people book a lower category guarantee because it can result in savings and they are flexible in location. Do a mock booking to see if there is an open cabin you like better within currently assigned category. If there are cabins available that you prefer you can ask Princess or your TA to move you. For example if you have been assigned a BB cabin mid forward and you prefer an available cabin that’s BB mid aft you can ask for a cabin change within the category you are now assigned to. ,
  13. Does does the cruise you are looking at have the notation about the sale when you search for cruises? If not, then it isn’t covered under the promotion.
  14. Sounds like a glitch in the booking system isn’t picking up the current promo. Princess or your TA can go in and book you under the current Love Boat Sale and get your the $100 pp deposit. as mentioned the $1 deposit is coming and will run 9/30-10/05
  15. You should rely on the airline information. Princess sends seat request to the airline but the airline is the final word on seats assigned. Go to the Delta website and if you don’t like the seating you can pick the seats you want.
  16. Fully vaccinated, no test required https://www.princess.com/plan/cruise-with-confidence/cruise-health/vaccine-testing-requirements/
  17. I have been signed up for about three years. I have never gotten a text from them. I do get about 1 or 2 emails a week and periodic things in the mail.
  18. If you get an offer you will get an email directly and your TA will be copied.
  19. On my Alaska cruise in May 2022 we had a stop in Victoria and we had to fill out Canada immigration form before we ported in Victoria.
  20. You can bid for an upgrade on a casino comped cruise. Once the bid is accepted and paid for you will want to contact the casino department and let them know your bid was accepted and ask them to make sure the protection is still in place so the booking does not cancel. You can call or email them at Casinoinquiries@princesscruises.com to let them know.
  21. Don’t worry, you will be able to do it at the terminal.
  22. I wouldn’t worry about it at this point, just arrive when you want to.
  23. If you are flying to the port you can use the FCC for air. Maybe that would help use it up? Some FCC were recently extended by Princess but bonus/goodwill FCC were not extended. Your TA can check and see what type of FCC you have and whether any of it was extended by Princess.
  24. In the Medallion App click on Personal Information and Documents, toward the bottom of that page you will see “arrivals” click on that and you will be able to select arrival time ( or you can just show up when convenient). If you don’t select an arrival time Princess assigns you one (Note -Arrival times are not enforced).
