  1. Here's an interior shot - or two.
  2. Not Toowoomba. (Much) further north.
  3. I'm guessing they, the ships, will go to N America. I saw a news item on a US TV news channel a few days ago which mentioned cruising is booming over there and noting that it seems to be millenials filling the ships.
  4. Thank you. It's been a while since I was there which was not long after Mad Max was filmed. I recall there were prop vehicles parked in the back yard of the pub. Next pic.
  5. I checked my photos and it was Spirit, Pacific Islands cruise June 2013. Sailaway was delayed, I presume, to take advantage of Vivid for which we had a ringside/harbourside seat.
  6. I rarely notice decor while on board and certainly don't remember post cruise, except for one cruise which was garishly Egyptian themed. That may have been my one and only Carnival cruise - possibly Spirit?
  7. I thought it might be Chile.😉
  8. Nah. It turns the them blue silly dilly.😟
  9. I have done four, two week, narrowboat cruises on UK canals and high highly recommend it if your'e after a thoroughly relaxing holiday. We rented our boats from Black Prince Holidays https://www.black-prince.com/ There was a series in 2015 hosted by John Sargeant (Strictly Come Dancing) which gives a good insight called Barging Around Britain In 2014 we were moored at the Harecastle Tunnel while they were filming one of the episodes. Prunella Scales (aka Sybil Faulty) and Timothy West also made a similar series Great Canal Journeys. Prunella was in early stages of dementia at the time but still carried it of very well.
  10. Hmmm. I've not seen that before. Outside/near a mosque somewhere?
  11. My first experience of driving a LHD car was when I picked up our holiday rental in Athens, in afternoon peak hour, and drove it to out hotel. Luckily it was all right hand turns to the hotel. Quickly became accustomed to it. Today I have a six speed auto LDV van with Euro controls and a six speed manual Forester with 'normal' controls. The wipers get a work out, rain or shine.
  12. Agree. I still haven't visited the Sydney Opera House and I'm only two hours away.
  13. Imagine the cost of printing those photos if it we didn't have digital technology. When we visited the gardens, IIRC, in 2016, everywhere we looked there was a photo to be taken.
  14. Correct. You took the right track. Part of a huge collection of rail stock. Your turn.
  15. Fremantle prison? I would like to do the tunnel tour some day.
