  1. Boarding is never delayed because of housekeeping. Cabins are never ready when boarding begins. To call changes in housekeeping massive is just being dramatic, there will be changes but they are not massive.
  2. I fully expect you to have the correct number of cases of six IF you booked during the booking window.
  3. Does fixed mean changed to your satisfaction or something else? I doubt that NCL thinks anything is broken so there is nothing to fix.
  4. There aren’t extra crew to train to act that way, they all have duties.
  5. Call NCL and ask, sometimes they will upgrade you without a cancel and rebook and let you keep your perks.
  6. Define middle of the night. We have arrived as late as 11:30 and had no issues.
  7. Every time you turn around they are changing that perk. If OP is interested they needs to see what it was when they booked.
  8. Why would you think that they would not just leave them when they make up the cabins? Its not like they print them right before they pass them out.
  9. I have had over 10 NCL cruises, all pre pandemic, and never once have we stood near a life boat. Muster drills were always held at the muster station, at least on GEm, dawn, and Getaway. Is going outside something that they have changed or are you just speculating based on what other lines do? Or as the Chief says have you just been on older ships with large promenade decks and that is why you have been outside?

  11. What deck plans, the ones on NCL.com don’t show that, they show blank spaces. The medical Center is on deck 4.
  12. If your concern is an NCL booked excursion, they will refund it if you don’t go to your port. You don’t need to do anything.
  13. You received a check in time which is rarely enforced. Go to the port when you want, rush and get there early and wait for boarding to begin, or go a little later and avoid the wait.
  14. You won’t be able to find out why, you can only speculate. T&C is Carnival owned which probably has something to do with it. BTW never book a cruise for specific ports they can change and often do and that is for every line.
  15. If you think other cruise lines are not going to follow suit on the changes you are dreaming.
  16. Usually you can get off right at the stated docking time. All aboard, unless it is a tender port, is usually 30 minutes before sail away.
  17. Curious who you think you could pay extra? The staff works their shift and then they are off, there is no one to pay. My guess is that they are having staffing issues.
  18. Short answer is yes, but they have to have the ingredients.
  19. Yes to all three questions but book as soon as you board so that it doesn’t sell out.
  20. That gratuity amount seems high because the teens can only get the soda package, you need to call NCL and verify what the actual cost will be.
