If you tip well you will get servers to come back to you all the time. We were on the Celebration for NYE cruise and never had a problem getting a drink, although we were playing at the tables.

No bottles of anything. Except one bottle of wine per adult in your carry on

We were also there on the NYE cruise. Although the food was good, the service was awful and a loooong wait to get a table.

I had booked a casino offer and never sent the final payment (it was due while I was on a cruise!) so my booking was cancelled. I called Carnival, they transferred me to the casino dept. to get my booking reinstated. Prior to that, my husband had a better offer and they switched it to his offer without any penalty.

Hopefully you wont get too many since it's a longer cruise. We did a 3 day out of Miami many years ago on Labor day weekend when we were kinda new cruisers. Never, ever again! Some guy wanted to beat up my husband (who at the time was 50ish) and this guy was the father of a young girl who wouldn't stop talking during a comedy show. I had asked her very nicely if she could stop talking as it was very distracting. Well, of course she continued to talk even louder and that's when my husband asked her to stop. The father didn't like that so he got in my husband's face (this guy was huge and drunk) and told my husband to "ask nicely" and I interjected and said I already did and apparently your daughter didn't care and still remained rude. It started a whole commotion that the guy had to be removed from the club. The rest of the cruise I was nervous about running into them again but never did. After that we never took a cruise shorter than 6 days! Have a great cruise!!

When are you sailing?

I think in August it will be warm enough when it is covered. We were on the Miracle in May to Alaska from San Fran and it was VERY cold. I don't remember seeing the covered pool used that much. However, I could be wrong. Alaska was awesome. (even though it was cold for me, Florida blood) Enjoy!

I never wear a lanyard but many people do. You can purchase them on the ship or order on Amazon. I just keep mine in my purse or in my beach bag if we are at the pool. You will love the Celebration! Have a great cruise!

They no longer leave the offers in your cabin. They show up in your offers on the website as others have shown as Cruise, Play, Repeat

My upgrade call came from 305 and it said Carnival corp. I grabbed it when I saw that!!

We are who you would consider "older folks". I have sailed MSC, Celebrity, Royal and NCL and I keep coming back to Carnival. Hubby and I were kind of bored on Celebrity. I get great Casino deals from all those lines but I still like Carnival better. But that's why there's Vanilla and Chocolate and strawberry and............

Celebration is awesome! Beautiful ship! Went on the NYE cruise-going again end of March. Can't wait to see & do what we couldn't do on the last one. Have a great cruise!!

I haven't done the chef's table on the Celebration but I have on other ships. It's entirely up to you what night you prefer. If you dress for elegant night, you might not want to do it then because you tour the the galley so you want to be comfortable. It's a wonderful experience that everyone should try once! There are many courses (small portions) but you will be stuffed by the end! We happen to be going on this cruise as well. The ship is awesome! Enjoy!

The flat irons must have "dual voltage" then they will work. You can purchase them on amazon and it specifies that they will work on cruise ships, etc.

I have the Carnival MC as well and I can assure you that every time I have booked my credits to my sailing, they have been on my account the 2nd day of the cruise.

On our last cruise on Celebration, there were 2 scooters on our floor. Every night they were left near the elevators, but on the side before you walk into the hallways where the cabins were.
