  1. My upgrade call came from 305 and it said Carnival corp. I grabbed it when I saw that!!
  2. We are who you would consider "older folks". I have sailed MSC, Celebrity, Royal and NCL and I keep coming back to Carnival. Hubby and I were kind of bored on Celebrity. I get great Casino deals from all those lines but I still like Carnival better. But that's why there's Vanilla and Chocolate and strawberry and............
  3. Celebration is awesome! Beautiful ship! Went on the NYE cruise-going again end of March. Can't wait to see & do what we couldn't do on the last one. Have a great cruise!!
  4. I haven't done the chef's table on the Celebration but I have on other ships. It's entirely up to you what night you prefer. If you dress for elegant night, you might not want to do it then because you tour the the galley so you want to be comfortable. It's a wonderful experience that everyone should try once! There are many courses (small portions) but you will be stuffed by the end! We happen to be going on this cruise as well. The ship is awesome! Enjoy!
  5. The flat irons must have "dual voltage" then they will work. You can purchase them on amazon and it specifies that they will work on cruise ships, etc.
  6. I have the Carnival MC as well and I can assure you that every time I have booked my credits to my sailing, they have been on my account the 2nd day of the cruise.
  7. On our last cruise on Celebration, there were 2 scooters on our floor. Every night they were left near the elevators, but on the side before you walk into the hallways where the cabins were.
  8. I don't recall seeing one when we walked around the ship.
  9. Yes..on the website when you choose dining times it still says the 6 PM and 8:15 PM but I can assure you we had late dining and it was at 7:45 and early was 5:45. YTD is still the same. Late dining was a pain because if you wanted to go to the specialty restaurants you couldn't check in or get reservations before 8 PM if you wanted to go earlier.
  10. I agree! We were on her NYE and are going again the end of March just to experience the things we didn't get to do. btw Dave-had total knee replacement back in 2019-it gets better! Can't tell it's fake until i go thru security!😆
  11. You can go on oceanplayersclub.com and request the information.
  12. Recently on the Celebration. Have you cruised or are you seeing that on the reservation time on your booking?
  13. I would disagree with that statement - I have not found that the portions were smaller than before. I also do not judge food by quantity, but the quality is what is important to me. But again-food is subjective But then again, I do not gorge myself as others. I remember one time at the buffet a woman walked away with a pile of bacon that would have fed an entire family of 10. I watched to see if she was bringing it to a table with several other people and it was just one other person.
  14. I find this amazing asking about more than one app, side or dessert, etc...I have one app and can't finish my main dish and always have to take dessert to the room (which i usually wind up throwing away). It's incredible the amount of food people can eat!!!
  15. actually early seating is at 5:45 and late seating is at 7:45 now
  16. We go out of Miami for most of our trips. The experience for the Celebration for NYE cruise was excellent. We were dropped off at the port by my BIL. The porters took our luggage immediately. We went through security (this was around 11 AM) and were on the ship by noon. The new terminal (F) is huge and beautiful. Very well organized.
  17. You have to check in online thru the carnival WEBSITE. You check in 16 days before your cruise and choose the check in time. You will board when your zone is called.
  18. On the other side of the theatre are additional rest rooms that have more than one stall.
