  1. Carnival Miracle is headed in the opposite direction which could be interesting.
  2. It certainly does take time. Even with a herd of staff at check-in for the cruise, it still takes hours. Yes, more is checked, but still hours with a lot more staff.
  3. Plenty of food and I'm seeing an ETA of 13:30 on the 19thh.
  4. Breaking news: Carnival Jubilee is still too big to tender. Forget Grand Cayman. But... Carnival's new port on Grand Bahama should open next year (so 2025).
  5. If that is the case, the insurance company messed up, but only the insurance company knows why they did what they did.
  6. If the bill exceeded $2500, and the OP had a $2500 deductible, the OP would owe Carnival at least $2500. Apparently the insurance company paid Carnival $1400, so the total bill must have been at least $3900.
  7. Does your insurance have a $2500 deductible?
  8. $12.50? That's up from $10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. If that works (I would think it would) then next time selling a share should also.
  10. Does this work for Commsec? https://www.commsec.com.au/support/help-centre/managing-your-account/where-can-i-download-a-summary-of-my-current-holdings.html
  11. Carnival used to have supper clubs (steakhouse with music) with dancing. That was a bit much for what Carnival is.
  12. AARP is still focused on retired persons. I doubt they will be advocating for more crayons in kindergarten. I certainly don't mind if others want to subsidize their efforts on my behalf.
  13. Yes, this is a broker issue. Who is the broker?
  14. I believe bottle waters and specialty coffees are also included. Personally, I think it is worth it for me not to have to over analyze. Or worry if I exceed my quota for the day. I'm on vacation (even though retired).
  15. How does the 1 bottle of carry on wine per voyage work on b2b? Can you carry on 2 bottles on the first voyage?
  16. I'm not surprised there is a drop in demand to Florida. The decline in prices, even for leisure, is temporary. Book this fall if you want a deal or forget it.
  17. The decline in airfares is only temporary and in limited markets. International fares are still high. Life will pass you by waiting for low fares.
