  1. Moles apparently have imagination inflation.
  2. I wonder if some posters go out of their way to post false rumors.
  3. Even better than Royal and their robo bartenders.
  4. You can often upgrade, but it depends on the ship not being at capacity, the fare code you booked under, etc. Just because a cabin is available, doesn't always mean you can add people.
  5. Some cheat at Cheers, VIFP specials, everything.
  6. Not old enough to occupy a cabin by themselves in many cases.
  7. If you booked through the groups department you might have a shot. Generally those table assignments are made first.
  8. Unlike Galveston or Mobile, NOLA has a local International airport. Perks from NCL are never free and come with mandatory charges.
  9. Liberty will still be a relatively new ship for New Orleans and in demand. The other two are overpriced anyway.
  10. They are training, but cruisers are such slow learners. Hell, they can't even manage smart elevators.
  11. This is a residual problem caused by a pandemic that the world is still in recovery from.
  12. There is a lot to do in all of those ports. I certainly wouldn't let the opinion of others decide for me. For example, Freeport is on Grand Bahama Island, the largest island in the Bahamas. People who just get off the ship and walk around the port area or who do ship excursions just don't understand. Carnival is spending a ton of money developing a new port area, well outside of the old port. Last time we went with a private excursion and it was GREAT. https://www.viator.com/tours/Freeport/Blue-hole-snorkeling-and-turtle-park/d419-6493P15
  13. apparently. It's sitting at anchor off of West Africa. Plenty of time to get to Florida even with a hurricane or two.
  14. The ceilings still work for hanging things inside the cabin. Hats, clothes hangers, whatever
  15. Well heck, there is that portable drydock Carnival used once for Vista.
  16. The refund process not the purchase process. The money can't go back on the gift card - they are not refillable.
  17. Cabins can be redone anytime. Just take some of the $100 cabins out of service each cruise.
  18. I haven't seen anyone mention a problem with cards obtained from Carnival.
