    After a couple of medical emergencies things seem to have calmed down. I would not want to be 38000 feet above the middle of the Atlantic and be in distress. Thankfully several doctors are on the plane who could assist.

    Yes, but the liquor store in the cruise terminal after security might be more popular.

    Yep. I also have Priority Pass for a number of lounges. Amex Lounges are great and not too overcrowded ( yet). IAD is crazy busy now and we are parked at the gate for now and not moving.

    Me, too. I get 2 free United passes a year with their credit card. I think the day passes are $59.

    Good choice using my passes at the United club at DFW. The one by the gate at Dulles isn’t currently accepting any. Guess they are at capacity and need to save space for members.

    I’m happy I don’t have to run all over collecting menus and such. 😏

    I’m not sure about that. Most are pledged as collateral. The individual cruise lines are the operator of the ships under their brand.

    Only 3 weeks or so... But I usually take about the same whether 3 days or 3 months.

    Club is filling up. I'm believing it will be a crazy travel day. Ever since Lufthansa left our luggage in Frankfurt, I've avoided changing planes outside of the US. And since Lufthansa doesn't allow luggage trackers, I'm avoiding them altogether. DFW-IAD-BCN and done! Hopefully.

    Can't believe all the day drinkers in the lounge. I hate waiting in line.

    Only have 2 club passes and opted for the one at DFW. We'll have to rough it at IAD. Not sure how we'll manage. Now to hurry up and wait. And eat.

    No room to pack it - had to send it air freight.

    I hope to have free Internet via T-Mobile. We'll see. May kill some time in the club in IAD filling up pre-flight.

    Got all packed, a couple of special needs cats to vets for boarding, made it to the DFW hotel, dropped vehicle off at airport parking lot. Hotel shuttle picked me up at the parking lot and will drop us and our luggage off at the airport in the morning. Done and done. Bartender, make it a double.... Glad we pack light!
