  1. My exact point. Not enough staff to work the queues. Even if there was not a schedule change, they are still missing their ticketing deadlines.

  3. That’s all well and good but…they don’t miss their deadlines for payment, do they? Problem is, they don’t have enough staff to work the records in that department, evidently. So, deadlines and expirations are happening. I think the idea that @Steelers36 mentioned would work best. BEFORE your final deadline of 45 days on EZAIR… go in your booking and request early ticketing. There’s probably not going to be any fare reductions anyway, as they seem to go up every time I look at mine. Then, it will be ticketed. You can then JUST deal with schedule changes and not have to worry about your booking being cancelled due to non payment.
  4. Your medallion should reflect your status when you sail. You are hoping to get the correct color in the mail, I presume? What does the App show when your DW signs into her account? Ruby or Platinum? When you click on her photo and you see the seawitch is is black or red? Is the website correct for both of you? If it’s just the App that is wrong, you could call PCL first thing tmrw morning and ask for the Medallion App team and tell them to correct on the App. If they don’t fix it before you go, GS OB can verify the Platinum status and switch out the medallion. It only takes a couple of mins.
  5. I do not remember if they were on the sheet. Maybe ask someone sailing on your ship that is sailing right now to check for you? Live threads or roll calls. Or, inquire at GS when you get OB.
  6. Here’s the deal. Maybe you hit a good point! Maybe that’s why the have the bidding program now? The suites that are going to be empty by loyalists now, can be filled by new comers bidding their way all the way up to a suite! In addition of course to being a great money maker for PCL. Kidding aside, they still need us, for now anyway. 🤔
  7. Glad they finally fixed it. I still believe it is an App problem. Don’t believe it was your daughter. She should have her own account. Buy that internet quickly before they change something else. 😳 Also, duplicate CC accounts..did you register again on the website because you couldn’t sign in? Some have reregistered and that causes issues. Thanks for letting us know how it turned out.

  9. They have to grease the rollers/wheels on the bottom of the door in the track. We’ve had this done on several old ships and the door was good after that.
  10. Thank goodness you got it fixed Susan. I check our bookings every day just about. Even those in 2023. Ridiculous.

  12. The most current will be with the airline as far as schedule and seats. EZAIR has not updated their computer. The schedule change can change you seating if the aircraft type changed.
  13. We did have it FLL earlier this year. Delta was one that participated. No International flights. You do have to ask for the form to fill out and it had to be in about 3 days before the cruise ended. Most important: They need a printed copy of your flight confirmation. Your names, ticket nos, flight information, confirmation number from the airline. Screenshot doesn’t cut it. I think it was $25 per person, plus whatever your bag fees are for the airline, if they charge you.
  14. I think I know what your seeing. If you go to select a cabin…the one in black is the one they have selected, (in the selection box) the other ones in green are what is also available in the same category. Select one of the green cabins and you’ll see what I mean.
  15. Enhanced voyages. It is a pain, but we could be in the middle of the ocean and no medical facilities with a very ill guest. It does happen, unfortunately, some have a hard time with covid. We are just going with the flow. Not a big deal for us.
  16. That’s what we were told also. Very disappointed. One side of the casino was NS every night. Just across the aisle. 😂
  17. Ours were all separate booking numbers, but all linked. But, I really think that GS was new. She also said my OBC would not carry over. She was wrong. It all carried over except the stock OBC.
  18. You’re right, the first choice, I believe was designed to be TD. We never were in a forced dress code in TD and still are not. Just not shorts. It was always the Aft MDR for TD. The difference I see is, with 2 set times it was so much more relaxing. Now, people are rushing around seating people every 20 mins. DRO and waiters are very stressed. Some guests want to meet new people and then dine with them the rest of the cruise. That’s much harder to do now. I don’t mind DMW, as we do CC quite a bit, but not always. Just observations.
  19. Yes, true for some. But, there are still a lot of guests who enjoy TD. So, why not have 1 MDR TD? The others can certainly be DMW. Why do ALL the MDR’s have to be anytime? I don’t think any changes will happen until 2023, if they do. If you look at the DMW App…I think it was designed to have TD (same DR..same time..every day) Someone didn’t get the memo. 😳 The next category: Individual choices each day, different DR’s just like Anytime dining. Or, just show up anytime. Then SD.
  20. I was told no, others have said theirs carried over, but not the unlimited brewed coffees. Only the 15 specialty coffees/teas carried over. So, we used ours up on each of our b2b’s. I think the GS person was new. I have not seen it written anywhere. Yes, you can buy a coffee package or soda package, etc. It’s on the website.
