  3. I would immediately dispute any charges that they made you pay, that were for your Aunt.
  4. I’m just shocked at all the stress you had to endure. I understand your folio having to be paid, but not your Aunt’s. You are not responsible for her bill. Prayers for you both.

  9. Last I heard was mid ship to forward. Why don’t you find a current roll call Enchanted for July and ask someone OB? If you’re traveling soon, otherwise it does change a bit.

  11. They did make itinerary and ship changes for 2023 just recently. So, they are in the process of revising and updating the website. I hope it’s soon.

  15. If you JUST booked it, give it a day or do to show up in the app. You should show it right away on the website. Or, like @CarolCouponstated, check your journeys, by clicking on your picture on the App. It should show all your cruises booked. You can click on the dates, below your picture and see each sailings information.
  16. Thanks! I thought we downloaded the NAVICA app before, each person needed an account ahead of time. We did use an iphone.
  17. Don’t they have to sign up for an account for each person first with Navica? Do they download the Navica app?
  18. That’s the web version of cruise personalizer on the Princess website.
  19. Yes they are working on all the reassignments, then it will open up on the website. Check with your TA or whomever booked this for you to get your cabin assigned. Look at the deck plans to see what your choices are. We’re in the same situation for the Fall of 23 and my TA was able to get our cabin assigned. They have the same computer system as PCL.
  20. Yes, correct and no hospital in the middle of the ocean, if needed.
