  1. Thank you. Did you try that email with a J, to see if it was rejected?
  2. You ordered in Dec for the OM and are not charged until they are ready to ship. So, you won’t get the tracking number, until it is actually shipped, probably around Feb 4th or so.
  3. I think @Host CJSKIDSgot that last post CC went crazy!!😜
  4. That email probably should have a J in front of that last name. Probably ONE messing around with our bookings. PCL should not give them permission to go into our accounts.
  5. I still show all the choices. Select your cabin, the at the top of the page, you’ll see Standard, Plus, Premier Click on the one you want. If you don’t see that, then a glitch. Call your TA/CVP or PCL to book for you,
  6. I put some excursions in my cart and there is a note, you can move them over to a wishlist. Shows a heart. Didn’t try it.
  7. Yes, we felt the same way.
  8. IDK how many, but over the years, quite a few delayed inaugurals. The CCL Jubilee was delayed for 6 cruises in 2022. Shipyard was in Germany, due to supply delays.
  9. It’s really easy. Book dining or reserve dining>click the dining room>move down where guests are shown> pick date or all dates, etc. Book SD same way, pick date, guests, etc. Click on the calendar pic with a heart and see what you booked!
  10. I found it very easy to do in the new App. When you click on book dining… click on the symbol upper right, with the ❤️ and it will bring up choices of dining rooms. You can pick time, shared table, either each day or whole cruise.
  11. It sounds like a printer issue? Or, browser? If you’re at a hotel night before, you may be able to print there? Or, baggage handlers at the port. Run a test on your printer.
  12. I know, right? She showed me the ship went from being open to a waitlist, after people jumped on it. 😂
  13. What about the 18% added to every bar drink you order? Does that go to the crew OB? TIA
  14. It can be to another cabin OR another date. We’ve had it both ways.
  15. You actually will receive them about 11 days before sailing. Watch for an email from ocean notifications with a USPS tracking number.
  16. Sometimes, they offer the next cruise, which would be a b2b, at a reduced rate. Now that ships are running full, it doesn’t happen as often. However, it did happen to us just last month, because the next cruise was not fully booked. The guests OB, jumped on that and filled up the ship. I checked prices on the future ones, that I was interested in, and none were a good deal. IMO. Just check with them early on. YMMV
  17. One time that IT is slow, that it paid off!🥴
  18. I received an email 2 days before sailing, that my bid was NOT accepted. Sorry, enjoy your cruise.
  19. When you ordered your Medallions, your email confirmation came from Ocean notifications also. Yes, my first response, about shipping, should have had a comma. Would have been a little clearer. The medallions will come in a white bubble wrap envelope, with a blue sea witch. Have a great cruise!
  20. When they ship, which is about 2 weeks before sailing…they will send an email with tracking information. It’s usually USPS if you’re in the US. You should receive the medallions about 11 days before sailing. I have received them once from Fedex, but usually it’s USPS. Once, no tracking email, they just arrived. Don’t know what is confusing about this? YMMV
  21. That’s why the ONE future cruise next should not be handling the loyalty desk. They don’t know what they are doing, evidently.
