  18. Welcome to CC, sorry to hear of your troubles. I would ask this on the forum for whichever line you are cruising on. Different lines have different cancellation policies.
  19. The crew don't get any share of the DSC. They are third world country slaves forced into serving the evil NCL overlords. Or, something along those lines.
  20. It's not unusual for a ship to be late leaving port.
  21. Not a full sized buffet but plenty of ships have areas where snacks (sandwiches, pizza, breakfast foods, etc) are available Norwegian Epic has a nice one right outside the buffet where I got late night food.
