Does anyone know if I book the upgrade for a cruise we may move to a different cruise (Middle East), will my upgrade move too or be cancelled? We are definitely not going, but have not decided on a replacement yet.

My two cruises for November and January were not showing me any upgrade price in the app. I went into cruise planner and paid $8.99 for November and $6.99 for January. Thanks everyone.

We were recently on the Royal in a mini suite and the sofa was made up into a bed without being pulled out. It was comfortable and did not take up extra space. Are the sofa beds in the Grand class ships the same or are those a pullout? We are looking at Caribbean Princess. Thanks.

How does Princess handle someone who purchases the Princess Plus fare, but cannot have alcohol? On Celebrity, he can downgrade his package to zero proof precruise. He is in recovery so…..

I am sure this has been discussed but… we booked a cruise for next fall while on board and used the $100 per person non refundable future cruise deposit. If we switch the cruise to another, I am thinking we pay the $100 per person change fee and that is that. Is this correct? We did not plan to have to switch the cruise, but our original booking is to a current war zone and we are not comfortable with keeping that cruise. Thanks

It has been posted by someone on the current Apex cruise that passports were collected on the sea day before Alexandria, stamped by Egyptian authorizes when the ship docked at 2am, then they could collect their passports between 5-7 am. The poster has not reported back if it went smoothly. We are doing this next year, so I have been following.

I can always link our travel partners by using their booking number, name and birthdate. This enables me to get us all the same arrival time and then they finish their own checkin. I can book dinners and excursions for all. However, our next cruise, one party shows as a group booking and I can’t make reservations for both. Check in is not for 2 more weeks. The weird thing is neither of our TAs say we are booked with a group booking.

Does anyone know how close to a cruise you can call and upgrade with Captains Club discount? We are sailing the week after Thanksgiving and I am hoping for a Black Friday flash sale starting the Wednesday before.

We had booked a Reserve Class mini suite for our recent cruise on Royal so we had a larger balcony and more space with DD. It turned out the best thing was dining. It was so pleasant to be greeted with a smile and right to a window table every meal. All the servers asked every breakfast where our DD was (still sleeping). My DH now wants to book Reserve Class every Princess cruise and wishes Celebrity had a similar choice.

Our current plan is to have an early dinner with the sister we are visiting, then drive to Fort Myers area to sleep. Finish drive early next morning. We want to spend time with her as she will not fly to us these days.

We will be flying into Tampa to spend a few days with family prior to a cruise out of Miami. We plan to leave early the day of the cruise to drive to Miami and return our rental and taxi to the ship. If we leave by 6am, should we be ok time wise? It will be a Monday. Thanks

We were on the Royal last week and were invited as Ruby due to low numbers of Elite and Platinum. As our next cruise is 15 days and we will be Platinum, we went the last 2 nights to see. There was very sparse attendance, maybe 8 people. The piano player was good and the snacks were tasty. DD and I enjoyed the beverages as a change from our usual, DH ordered his usual. It is definitely an event we will go to again.

We have only done 1 Princess cruise since the start of DMW. That was in Reserve Class which is unavailable for an upcoming cruise. What is the best dining room on the Emerald for a private table for 2 with same wait staff? TY

Yes we did. The luggage appeared to be all off when we walked through the terminal but there looked like a lot of it to search through. If you are on Royal Princess, try using the forward or aft elevators, not mid ship!!!

We just used them yesterday. We got off the Royal around 8, you go straight down middle aisle to station R. We checked in, got on the van and waited about 10-15 minutes, and were on our way by 8:30. We had a 12:10 flight and had plenty of time. I definitely would recommend the service.

His over charge was removed late last night after I went back to guest services. My DD and I are relaxing in the Sanctuary today and all drinks have ended up on her. I think that is fitting since we pay for her anyway. Lol. I was told by the Sabatini’s manager the waiters tend to put all on one for quickness. They really need to fix this.

We have been cruising this week on the Royal. Our issue is drink orders placed in the MDR are all being credited to DH. DD and myself are each having 2 glasses of wine with meals. Numerous trips to Guest Services has not fixed it nor has his last evening over charge been removed even after we were told it would be.
