    The website given says 3 weeks out. Do they remember to give you the OBC for cruises a year later? And how do you know they have credited your cruises with the OBC?

    We love Uno Flip. For that amount of people you would need at least 2 decks. Great fun.

    It will be interesting to see if they can resolve the problem by September. Glacier would not be a deal breaker, we are in the Royal Loft for the first time so that will be part of the experience.

    Johnny Rockets is included. Not sure about Playmakers, we just are never hungry enough to try those places. The genie keeps our room stocked with food and drinks.

    We sail Sept. 19. Hopefully everything will be working fine then. But in any case it will still be a great cruise. We would not change ships or ask for FCC. It is hard to get the Royal Loft at a good price so we will be on Quantum regardless.

    I don't understand why the menu would be a big deal.

    Quantum has Star Class when sailing in the states. When overseas they do not. If you look at Anthem or Ovation you can see which suites on Quantum would be Star Class.

    For us it would be a definate NO. My granddaughter has never been a Disney fan so it would be a waste of time for us. But she has a blast on Royal. Also, we had looked into a Disney cruise but could get a Star Class suite for less than the Disney cruise.

    Don't think Quantum will be any different than Anthem or Symphony. Have sailed on those in Star Class and the genie did everything the same as before covid. The only difference is that they usually still wear a mask. However, we are on Quantum Sept. 19 so will see if that is any different experience.

    On Symphony in March we boarded and went directly to the muster station to check in. He then got several notices that he needed to complete the muster check in. Lucky for us we just told our genie and it was taken care of immediately, he was the one who took us to the muster station. Funny that our of the four of us it was only my son who had trouble.

    There will be 6 adults sailing on Quantum Sept. 19 and we are wondering the best way to get from Seatac to cruise terminal and back. Taking a taxi would probably need 2 but not sure about a car service. Any help would be appreciated.

    We used the passport card for granddaughter for the first 5 years. Worked fine and not as expensive as the passport.

    We will be a group of 6 and am wondering if 2 taxis would be the best option or does someone have any names for a car service for both ways that would be reasonable.

    You book a suite because that is where the genie's are. When you have to fly cross country to get on a ship you get the best suite you can and enjoy the time. If we lived close to a port it might be a different matter.

    We will be on Quantum in September also. Will make sure the genie gets us in.
