  1. I think the actual name of it is Frozen Dessert Product. Someone once posted pictures of the containers.
  2. That would by far be the biggest issue for me. There's no way I would choose to be away from family for such a long time.
  3. Consistent and correct information on their website and from their customer service representatives.
  4. Your luggage along with 5,000 other people's luggage. How is it even done? Is everyone's luggage put onto the same carousel? Is the carousel big enough to hold 5,000 - 10,000 pieces of luggage? Is the carousel big enough for 5,000 people to gather around to find their luggage? Or are there different carousels for each zone?
  5. I'm the same way. I actually end up eating less food and healthier food in the windjammer. I can pick and choose whatever I want in whatever quantity I want. Makes it easy to eat healthy.
  6. One good suggestion I've also heard is to turn off the water just to the washing machine. The supply hoses sometimes break. That way you can leave the water on to the rest of the house.
  7. I wouldn't be surprised if there are people that don't complain, or at least don't complain loudly, that we never hear about.
  8. That has not been my experience, even recently. I still find their ice cream to be excellent.
  9. "Stupid" might be a bit harsh, but I think they were referring to people that are raving about once a day service being better than twice a day.
  10. I've been thinking the same thing. It was always an option.
  11. It's higher because people (including you) are willing to pay a higher price.
  12. I wonder if that means they are going to start charging extra for their tasteless no-name ice cream that they provide in the Windjammer and the MDR.
  13. Don't complain! They are "enhancing your cruise experience"! 😁😉
  14. A better idea might be to turn off the water line into the house. I always do that when leaving town.
  15. Agreed! I was just pointing out that if the delay gets to be too excessive, then they have the option of leaving without you and getting you to the next port. Of course if the next port is the end of the cruise then oh well.
  16. Good to know! I've always wondered what the cutoff point is. I suppose it has to do with where the ship has to go to next.
  17. Actually they will wait up to a point. If there is an excessive delay, then they will arrange for you to join the ship at a later port at Royal's expense. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/will-the-ship-wait-for-guests-on-a-shore-excursion#:~:text=When you book a shore,at no expense to you
  18. Same here! I've never understood taking pictures at the dining table. I would rather do it where there's an interesting backdrop.
  19. I agree. Cut service and increase prices...wrong!
  20. Great post. Royal does indeed allow passengers to make a choice. For some reason, some on here feel the need to convince others that their choice is wrong.
